About Jim Santoro
Jim Santoro started his career in the pest control industry in 1969 and earned his first state license in 1970. It was his Branch 2 General Pest Control license. Shortly after he earned his Branch 3 Wood Destroying Pest and Organsisms and his Branch 1 for Fumigation. In 1979, Jim opened Safeguard Pest Control and earned his operator’s license in Branches 2 and 3. He also earned his agricultural licenses in categories A (Residential), B (Landscape Maintenance), and C (Right of Way). Jim has spent over 45 years servicing the people of Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, El Dorado, and portions of Alpine, San Joaquin, and Sacramento Counties.
